Have you ever wondered who you were in another lifetime? Have you ever felt an unexplainable connection to a certain place, person, culture, time period, fear, talent, dream, or emotional pattern that never fully made sense? Have you ever wondered why certain things seem to keep happening in this lifetime, no matter how much you try to move past them?

Sometimes the answers we are searching for in this life may be connected to experiences, emotions, relationships, trauma, or soul memories carried over from another lifetime. Past Life Regression through Clinical Hypnotherapy can help you explore the deeper layers of the subconscious mind and uncover insight into patterns, fears, relationships, and experiences that may still be influencing your current life.

This is in-person transformational experience takes place over two consecutive days.

Your first appointment is approximately two hours long. During this appointment, we will spend time discussing hypnosis, how the process works, and how I will safely guide you into a hypnotic state to explore possible past life experiences and subconscious memories. We will also discuss emotional issues, childhood experiences, fears, trauma, or other concerns that may surface during regression work. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, relaxed, open, and fully prepared before hypnosis begins.

DAY ONE: YOUR FILMED REGRESSION SESSION

The entire hypnosis session is professionally filmed from beginning to end.

As clients begin to relax deeply into hypnosis, many experience vivid emotions, memories, names, places, symbols, voices, and even different languages. Some clients return to experiences from hundreds of years ago while others describe lifetimes from thousands of years in the past.

Many people become emotional and amazed by the details that surface during hypnosis. Some clients later research names, locations, or historical details that arise during their session and discover connections to actual historical people or events.

Hypnotherapy can be an incredibly powerful and life changing experience when performed professionally in a safe and controlled environment.

There can occasionally be emotional moments during regression where a client becomes nervous or emotional while revisiting certain experiences or lifetimes. As your Clinical Hypnotherapist, I will safely guide you through the process at all times and ensure you remain supported, grounded, and comfortable throughout your experience.

Once your hypnosis session is complete, I will gently bring you back to full awareness and help you become fully grounded before you leave to continue the rest of your day.

DAY TWO: REVIEWING YOUR EXPERIENCE 

The following day, you will return for your second appointment, which is approximately 90 minutes long. During this session, we will privately sit together and watch your filmed regression experience. We will discuss the things that surfaced during hypnosis, the emotions connected to them, recurring life patterns, trauma, spiritual connections, and the possible reasons certain experiences may still be affecting your current lifetime.

Many clients leave feeling emotionally lighter, renewed, refreshed, empowered, and deeply healed. The insight gained through these sessions can be truly profound and life changing.

When you leave your second appointment, you will receive a copy of your filmed hypnotherapy regression session along with a beautiful crystal to take home with you.
